SmallDEVS can be distributed under MIT LICENSE. The software depends on other software packages (available on SqueakMAP) distributable under the SqueakL+MIT license.
Recent snapshot: SmallDEVS-071008.sar (use Squeak 3.9, install SmallDEVS prerequisities and read How to upgrade before loading SmallDEVS). The archive contains SmallDEVS software bundled with particular versions of essential Squeak packages for easier instalation.
SmallDEVS package is also available on Squeak Map (maybe not the latest version!) so that it can be installed from within Squeak Smalltalk using Squeak Map Package Loader (after SmallDEVS prerequisities).
Complete Squeak3.9 image with SmallDEVS installed in it: SmallDEVS-071008.zip (you will need also Squeak virtual machine for your platform and SqueakV39.sources, both from http://www.squeak.org/Download/).
